The staff were very very helpful and our room was well-equipped. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, close to a main street and a theatre.

Spent 4 nights in a spacious suite with a kitchenette that included everything I needed to prepare meals, giving it a homely feel. The location in El Poblado is perfect. I enjoyed evening strolls to nearby restaurants and shops. The breakfast was excellent, with made-to-order omelets and fresh fruit. Plus, the staff was always eager to assist.

The kitchen facilities were particularly well-equipped and convenient.
The situation was compounded by an unexpected electricity outage during the night that cut off power from 8pm to 6am. This was not communicated upfront, causing significant inconvenience. The room I stayed in was notably old with outdated amenities, which detracted from my overall comfort.

The location is very good. In the middle of El Poblado. Many restaurants and shopping centers around the corner. Breakfast very good. Metro station on foot about 20 min.
Everything's getting old with years. Lamps, flooring and fittings show clear signs of wear.

Excellent and best staff provides a very good service. The location is particularly good, just next door to Leblon Suites, you cannot beat it. The place to order lunch a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel is Fresh & Easy...
